Process Introduction:

The selection of materials for the cabin and cabin sections must meet the performance requirements specified by the customer. Class I forgings, castings, and Class I welds have higher requirements for the quality and performance of forging, casting or welding.

2. Ensure the material strength of the product. The actual processing during the manufacturing process must not reduce the performance parameters of the raw materials.

3. The processing parameters must ensure that the deformation of the cabin section is minimized, guarantee the product fit tolerance, and prevent any air leakage. The shape tolerance should be controlled within 0.01 mm.

4. The cabin section structure is complex, with a dimensional accuracy of 0.008mm. The four-axis and five-axis equipment as well as the process equipment must meet the accuracy requirements and be stable and reliable.
