
Process Description:
1. The raw materials undergo heat treatment and quenching process to enhance their strength and toughness, meeting the design load requirements, and ensuring the stability and no yield damage of the product structure under different working conditions.
2. Samples of the raw materials are taken and subjected to in-oven heat treatment. Samples are taken according to the specified fiber direction for tensile tests and impact tests.
3. Special process control for welding to ensure the weld quality as per technical requirements.
4. Non-destructive testing to control the quality of raw materials and welding, eliminating defects such as cracks, pores, and slag inclusions.
5. Surface treatment using a hydrogen embrittlement prevention process to prevent the risk of fracture.
6. Finished product dynamic and static load tests, with routine overload sampling tests to verify the reliability of the product.
