Introduction to Process Characteristics：

1. The heat treatment and quenching process of the raw materials enhances their strength and toughness, meeting the design load requirements, and ensuring the stability and no yield damage of the product structure under different working conditions.

2. Samples of the raw material body are taken and subjected to in-oven heat treatment, following the fiber direction specified by the technical requirements, and tensile tests and impact tests are conducted.

3. Special process control for welding ensures the weld quality in accordance with the technical requirements.

4. Non-destructive testing is carried out to control the quality of the raw materials and welding, eliminating defects such as cracks, pores, and slag inclusions.

5. The surface treatment uses a hydrogen embrittlement prevention process to prevent the risk of fracture.

6. Finished products undergo dynamic and static load tests, with routine overload sampling tests to verify the reliability of the product.
